Develop your degree plan with advisers who are committed to your personal and professional success. CRES guides you every step of the way so that you can identify and accomplish your academic and career goals.
All TCU students are encouraged to seek pre-major advising at the Center for Academic Services in Sadler Hall. Academic services staff member Ashley Edwards can provide detailed information about CRES and our housed and affiliated minors for freshmen. CRES majors beyond their freshmen year should seek advising from the CRES Associate Director.
We strongly urge students who are interested in CRES courses or a major, minor or emphasis in CRES to contact the CRES director’s office to receive additional information about our academic programs. Current CRES students may contact the director’s office any time with questions about advising, college and career mentoring, financial aid, or other issues and concerns.
Students who are interested or enrolled in the minor or emphasis in African-American and Africana studies may contact the director of AAAS or the CRES director’s office for advising or other assistance.
Students who are interested or enrolled in the minor in Latina/o studies can contact the director of Latina/o studies or the CRES director’s office.
